Responsibilities and Duties:
This role is both in office and in the field. The primary duty is to the client throughout the listing duration through getting the transaction closed. Our office requirements include attending:
· Broker Opens
· Must Accompany Showings - at least 3 weekends per month required
· Inspections
· Contractor Meetings if needed
· Appraisal
· Walk Through
· Closing
Daily requirements include:
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Work with clients on getting feedback from open houses and agent showings.
· Utilize strong communication and follow up skills for fast response time.
· Manage the contract successfully through closing.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
