    OCM FOOD REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION:

We specialize in marketing and selling food products into Chinese/Asian supermarkets, grocery stores and restaurants throughout the US market.     We have 4 distribution centers in LA, NJ, TX and IL. Our singular focus is to put our customers first by providing exceptional products, industry-leading services, and unwavering support to ensure long-term success and profitability. Our majors customers include food service and supermarkets.

    We are looking for sales representatives in NJ branch located in Bayonne. As a SR, you need to drive and assist new company revenue by selling OCM products in assigned accounts or territories.

    1. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

    2. Identifies and qualifies opportunities, prospect for new business though a high volume of physical visiting, cold calling and emailing.

    3. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of OCM products. Keep up with new trend of food and be sensitive to general environment of food industry; provides market information include competitor’s situation.

    4. Ability to identify and communicate effectively with key contacts within a customer’s organization;Provide company product information when needed

    5. Collaborates with other OCM sales team members to secure new business; Provide input in conjunction with account team on development of Marketing plans and programs to maximize goals.

    6. Other duties as assigned ( new products promotion and in-depth distribution; A/R follow up)

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    2. 1-2 years proven experience generating new business sales, preferably in a business to business environment

    3. Self-driven, motivated and results oriented with new business sales or hunter mentality

    与公司内部其他成员合作,来留住我们新客户,同时通过与市场部门同事配合进行老客户维系以及新老品的推广

    要求:

    最好大学本科学历

    1-2年的食品行业销售经验

    个人必须主动自觉完成公司分配的任务,并且为公司发展献策献计。
