    The Opportunity

    Stanley College is seeking an energetic, results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to expand our growth within our Business Development space. This role will be pivotal in driving the college's enrolment objectives through the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies aligned with our strategic goals.

    What will you do?!

    • Lead a dynamic creative and production team to deliver a diverse array of innovative marketing solutions for the College, while adeptly managing resources and fostering strong stakeholder relationships
    • Contribute to the development and execution of planning tools and procedural adjustments to ensure the transparent execution of the College's comprehensive Communications & Marketing plan
    • Spearhead continuous enhancements to the campaign asset management platform by refining processes, encouraging feature utilization through targeted training efforts, and crafting comprehensive user guides
    • Devise and execute digital marketing strategies, overseeing social media platforms to amplify brand visibility, boost engagement, and drive increased audience interaction
    • Direct marketing and communications endeavours, overseeing graphic design projects from inception to completion, ensuring punctual delivery aligned with College objectives
    • Aid in establishing operational delivery frameworks and governance mechanisms, including crafting essential templates, refining processes, and developing communication resources
    • Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, spanning from initial planning and requirement gathering to content coordination, progress tracking, approval procurement, timeline management, and adherence to budgetary constraints
    • Forge robust alliances with Student Recruitment Networks to expand outreach and tap into additional student demographics, integrating these efforts seamlessly into the College's marketing operations
    • Provide oversight of marketing and communications projects to ensure successful outcomes
    • Lead the Creative & Production team in delivering a spectrum of creative solutions for the College, ensuring effective resource management and stakeholder engagement
    • Drive ongoing enhancements to the campaign asset management platform by streamlining processes, facilitating feature adoption through targeted training initiatives, and developing user-friendly guides
    • Assist in the development and implementation of planning tools and change processes to ensure transparent execution of the College's Communications & Marketing plan
    • Support the implementation of operational delivery and governance processes, including the creation of essential templates, processes, and tools
    • Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, throughout all project phases, including planning, specification gathering, content coordination, progress tracking, approvals, timelines, and budget management

    To be successful in this role, you will have

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
