Kimberley Vassal Insurance is a prominent Independent Insurance Agency with the commercial office located in Chadds Ford, PA. It has been a family-owned business since 1973. We write in the Tri-State area and beyond including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and West Virginia. We are a team based agency and looking to add a new commercial team member to our fast growing agency!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in insurance, sales, and account management.
Duties:
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
- Review policies and coverage to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding insurance needs and coverage options
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist with claims management and resolution
- Conduct regular policy reviews to identify potential gaps in coverage
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
-Write additional lines for current clients
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
- Proven track record of success in account management and sales
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of a management system- Our office uses QQ
- Property/Casualty License
- Education – High School or equivalent
