    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are seeking to appoint a QA analyst to join our business which is hybrid in both our Sydney and London locations.

    As a QA analyst, your primary responsibilities will include designing test scenarios, executing test cases, and identifying defects to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your role has the ability to extend beyond traditional QA responsibilities and potentially incorporate some BA work.


    ABOUT YOU

    • At least 3 years of solid QA experience
    • Experience working in an Agile team
    • Knowledge in QA process flows and best practices
    • Experience in manual testing and experienced writing test plans and reporting on test plan progress
    • Ability to demo to internal business stakeholders
    • Comfortable dealing with business stakeholders and internal customers as required
    • Able to work both independently and within a collaborative environment
    • Energy and passion for your work, a sense of fun and enjoyment for what can be achieved
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including conversing with both end-users and technical teams across all levels within the organisation

    Desired Skills:

    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence, Trello and Azure DevOps (TFS).
    • Prior experience testing web-based B2B or B2C applications, particularly in complex environments.

    The location of this role is preferred to be Sydney based with 2 days in office. We would consider people who would be remotely based across Australia. We are considering both internal and external candidates for this role.
