Junior HRIS Analyst
The Junior HRIS Analyst will be a part of the HRIS Functional Team, and will provide operational support for the delivery of various HR System projects and HR analysis on different HRIS processes globally. The objective is to gather data, build, develop and design HR Systems based upon client needs.
What You Will Do
Contribute to improving data quality in HR systems
Participate in the design of support materials
Collect and analyze current and past data from different HR tools
Strive to find the best ways to visualize data and clearly articulate the results.
Required Qualifications
Must be interested in working in the Information Technology Industry
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent from an accredited institution with a minor in Computer Science, Technology or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in using Excel- including advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, V Lookups, H Lookups, etc.)
Must possess excellent communication (both verbal and written) and data analytics skills
- Must be willing to travel, nearly full-time
Must be energetic, determined to be successful and able to deal with new or difficult situations easily and willing to get actively involved in the company's development
- Must be a critical thinker and fast learner
