    I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks - interviewed at ADM in December 2010.

    Interview Details

    Most important is to be early and if you are interviewing for a technical job they will give you a page long quiz to make sure you know what you're talking about.

    Interview Questions
    • Explain a situation where you had to come up with a solution for something that was outside the box(need a technical or mechanical example) and implemented it in the field.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
    No negotiation-they give you no option. They actually offered me a little more than the initial offer and when I signed paperwork with HR, HR said they were not able to do that and gave me the lower amount.
