    In 30+ years of experience in the hospitality industry I had never worked for a company with such disorganization and lowest standards for employee care.
    Numerous improprieties going on here...

    Good people working for the company... Bad people leading it..!!


    Having to deal with immediate supervisors that not only can not speak English properly but much less write it, thus causing poor communication between mid level management and upper level

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of your COO and everyone he has brought in
    Get new regionals that speak at the very least "better" English
    at must be able to write it as well.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Acapulco/EL Torito Restaurants.

    Interview Details

    The process was very proffessional when the company was under a different name six years ago. Managers went through a phone interniew followed by unperson with the supervisor formal interview. The offer was given 24 hours after the last interview.
