I learned and enjoyed lot working for Air Serv, but delayed my personal growth by remaining with the company too long.

Current Employee - Customer Service Shift Manager in Atlanta, GA (US)

I have been working at Air Serv full-time for more than 8 years

Air Serv offers good opportunity for promotions and the pay is decent. The actual job and duties are something to look forward to if you enjoy helping others in need.

There is a lack of benefits and overall positive employee morale with Air Serv. The pay is good depending on your personal life and what you are responsible for. If you have a family to support you only have your pay to stand by - the insurance that is offered is not very good. There are NO other benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the needs of your management team. A company the size and with the growth of Air Serv should have decent benefits to offer. Smaller companies and even less paying jobs provide their management groups better options.

It was so easy. I was asked just one question and didn't have to answer it. As long as your background check goes through and you're not using drugs or anything you should be fine.
