I have been working at AutoZone full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Very structured in the way things are done. Company updates and information seems to be well-communicated and available, at least at a store level.

    Cons

While overall employee training is better than when compared to other companies I've worked for, I think more hours need to be devoted to one-on-one training, rather than the "learn as you go" approach.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need more consistency in the computer systems. i.e., "green screen", Z-net, etc. Things need to be more intuitive.

Why do you want to work for autozone? What is included in a tune up? Do you know how to do an oil change? Those were the typical questions I remember them asking me. You don't have to know anything and it will be apparent if you lie to them. Just be honest to them if you don't know anything.
