There is opportunity to get good experience in several areas to advance career.Cons
Employees get training and experience, but the pay does not always reflect experience. Employees who are with the company for a long time tend to get penalized on pay in comparison to employees hired externally.

Reward your loyal employees with compensation, don't penalize them.
Transparency can be a good thing! Not everything is confidential.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
