I have been working at Brigham and Women's Hospital full-time (more than an year)

High-expectations, top-notch patient-centered care, facilitates growth/learning because it is a teaching hospital. Turn-over rate is high in some departments, but if you want to stay here for a long-term period, you will have no problem keeping your job.

Difficult to make changes in policies/regulations and difficult to reach upper management, Partners is going through a budget crunch so raises are given annually but they are minimal. Parking is a very difficult task for employees and it is unfortunate that people commute from all over the state to work at this prime institution and do not have proper parking access.
