Companies today are only as strong as the technology that supports them. That's where we come in. At CDW, we go far beyond delivering high-tech products. We provide customized services. And we deliver solutions. Design them. Improve them. Optimize them.
Businesses trust CDW to maximize their technology investment because they know our people get IT. They put out the fires. Calm perfect storms. And they do it on a daily basis — and have been for over 25 years. In fact, it's made us the leading provider of technology solutions for business, government, education and healthcare in the United States and Canada.

I have been working at CDW full-time (less than an year)Pros
I've only recently started at CDW but even two weeks in I can tell the culture here is like no other. From day one, all of our trainers and guest speakers have been very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Everyone I speak to in the company I ask them how long they have been here and what do they love. Unanimously I am told they love the atmosphere. They encourage participation, continuous training and everyone says there a huge salary potential.Cons
Like many jobs, it's not going to come easy. They do expect us to put in the time to become knowledgeable about technology and still manage to communicate what we know to customers.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview
- Application Details
I applied online. The process took 4 days – interviewed at CDW in September 2014.Interview Details
First phone call after online application and survey/personality online test, was with questions: If the location was good for me, if I’m available on the start date, and if 12$/h is satisfying me-non negotiable.
Next phone call was a standard questions interview about my resume, experience, why I want to work for CDW, what makes me good in sales, what was my biggest achievement this year, what was the most difficult experience I had and how I handled it ETC.
After few days I got automatically generated email that I wasn't considered anymore for the position and I cannot reapply for the same job within next following 6 months.Interview Questions
