    Pros

    1. The People - At CDW, relationships matter...with Customers, Partners, Community and each other
    2. The Culture - Every day is different, and there is never a dull moment
    3. The Values - Everything we do revolves around the Customer. Success means never being satisfied and we operate our business with passion and integrity.

    Cons

The pace of change in our industry is, at times, overwhelming, and we are often asked to do more with the same amount of resources...or sometimes less. But, with the right mix of time management, prioritization and communication, successfully navigating constant change is achievable.

    Advice to Management

Within a performance-based culture, such as CDW's, the focus on success is important. Allowing our Coworkers to maintain a positive work/life balance is also important to prevent overload and burnout.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at CDW (Eatontown, NJ (US)) in April 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was easy. After applying online and completing the assessment, I was contacted after about a week or so. The recruiter called me and touched base with me about the position and the salary and we scheduled a phone interview for the following day. The phone interview was very easy. The recruiter was very nice and easy to speak to. It lasted about 35 minutes. We clicked on the phone so she told me she was recommending me to he hiring manager. I was then contacted a few days after that to set up the actual in person interview which took place two weeks later. The interview consisted of a bunch of behavioral/ scenario type questions. These are easy because even if you don't have the right answer, they're easy to make up!
