    Good training and support. Ability to advance and obtain bonus' as provided by client.


    Contracts change and you have to be the best of the best to keep your job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change your pay policies. It was supposed to be a trial, but you implemented as a permanent pay. It only benefits the company and not the employees.
