    Pros

If you have the right expectations before coming in, you may be okay with the kind of work. This is not real consulting. This is an offshore facility of PwC. This will get a lot of projects which are outsourced because its the delivery center. If you are okay doing this kind of work, please join.

    Cons

Directionless Leadership, does not know how to retain talent and hence the churn retains only politically motivated employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be able to recognize and retain talent.
Be able to develop a culture where experience and talent are valued over so called artificially created visibility.
