    I worked at Domino Printing

in the early years domino was such a great company to work for
    where everyone was listened to,

sadly it became the same as every other company, where junior management
were more interested in graphs and charts, and pointless meetings, with the information going nowhere
along with consultants who had no understanding of how to excite, and motivate people in the business,
    thank goodness i left,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get rid of the team leader function, also get rid of the annualised hours,
if people know what hours they are working, they can plan ahead,

started off as a phone interview then a 1-1 interview with the regional supervisor. After that then you would have a interview with director of operations to make sure that you fit in alignment with company ideals and have a firm base on the job requirements
