Aviation has been at the Company’s core for more than six decades, beginning with our predecessor company, Land-Air, Inc., which implemented and deployed the first Contract Field Teams to maintain military aircraft. DynCorp International has continuously held this same contract ever since. We were too tied to military efforts so with the drawn down in Iraq and Afghanistan we've had to lay off a large number of employees.
After letting go a long term CEO, we hired someone who last two weeks and now have an interim CEO! All within the last 3 months. Too much upheaval. Some benefits have been scaled back. No increase in two years.Advice to ManagementAdvice
