    I worked at Euromoney

Nice coworkers. Some bosses are nice as well. Used to be a nice place to work.

The UK power big wigs make the calls without realizing how departments actually work. Shot themselves in the foot many times. At the end of the day, your just a number to them no matter how much of a positive impact you've had on the company. Most depts are under staffed and under paid.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appreciate your employees and stop painting a pretty picture when all your going to do is downsize every chance you get.
