I have been working at Force10 full-time for more than 5 yearsPros
Competitive Salary for new hires, other than that almost none.Cons
Competitive salary that's only positive... indeed people don't join if not competitive. ..
After Dell acquisition, everything got changed..
Now the business strategy "HIRE & FIRE".. every quarter you can see firing happening..
No roadmap, no clarity on what is next ..!! .. just like that running releases.. not even senior manager, director levels knows what is next plan or release / activity ..
In secure place, if you still convince IT industry in-secure why not to join Dell Force10, for sure you will lose your technical expertise after joining here..
The only positive i see that you will get chance to interact with very good technical leaders , they are really awesome..
However almost you will be NULL ... AS NO CLEAR ROADMAP ..
Am sorry.. Dell can not be Research company, it well named for integration business .. just buy from third party vendor integrate them and sale ..Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO

Very knowledgeable CTO and Engineers. There were quite a few managers that asked a lot of technical questions. Staff was very focused on protocol development. Probably the need I guess.Interview Questions
