Good salary, depending on your manager work/life balance can be achieved.

Some of their management is selected by "merit", rather than "abilities"-it is harder to work for someone that has no clue as to what your daily job is and patient oriented processess from start to finish.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your management with basic skills-professionalism, leadership, business etiquette. Low level managers should be able to account for every position under them and if possible know how to do every one of them.(think undercover boss)
