    Generous paid time off.


    Frequently long hours. Lack of understanding of the work being put out. Team members did not communicate. Little or no onboarding of new employees. Lower-level employees were kept from career-growing opportunities. Overall lack of professionalism.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at ID Media Worldwide.

    Interview Details

    I didn't get the job but the entire interview process was first class. The recruiter was very responsive which was great seeing as most other places you apply and never hear back. Between our phone call and meeting him in person he did a great job of explaining the position and making me feel the positive atmosphere the office provided. I then interviewed with a few other staff members who provided great insight and were able to answer all of my questions. I had a great experience and would definitely be interested in future positions at ID Media and hopefully having the opportunity to come back and interview again
