    I worked at Interbrand full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Best in-class clients add weight to your resume
    - Special creative projects/pro bono projects on the side of regular work keep things interesting
    - Great internal rewards and staff recognigion

    Cons

    - Male dominated culture (at the time I was there)
    - Long hours
    - Not a heavy emphasis on promoting attendance to external professional development courses

    Interview Details

    Pre-screening then five 1:1 interviews. All pretty standard and easy, some were even more informationals for the candidate to ask questions. 1 panel case discussion - also pretty easy and some prep/review time. HR was hit or miss - sometimes very quick to respond and other times very slow.
