With Kony, you can deliver stunning user-first experiences, get to market faster, and lower your application TCO. Kony also offers a suite of ready-to-run B2E and B2C apps that enable customers to quickly extend their business.
In 2014 Kony was named a “Leader” in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Mobile Application Development Platforms (MADP).
The multi-channel approach
The idea of one computer and one phone per person is outdated. Whether your users are employees or consumers, chances are they have several devices including desktops, laptops, smartphones and tablets. They expect their apps to work on any device, instantly, with a consistent user experience. This expectation is driving the need for multi-channel application development strategies. The multi-channel approach is to build the same app for any device using a single code base.
Kony's multi-channel advantage
Kony’s approach empowers enterprises to take control of their digital strategy by delivering consistent app experiences across the multitude of devices available today and in the future. You can build an app once and provide device-optimized experiences to every channel – smartphones, desktop, tablets, and more – with the click of a button. The Kony application development platform does the rest.
Kony Development Cloud allows you to combine and orchestrate data from multiple sources – web services, legacy systems and websites – to drive new application experiences that were previously impossible. You can build feature-rich, multi-channel apps that run in native, hybrid and web-based deployment modes. All of this can be done from a single code base without compromising the user experience.

I worked at Kony full-time (less than an year)Pros
Too few to remember. Kony is in a fast paced tech environment so employees learn a lot about the industry. Compensation can be good for certain roles.Cons
Senior, Middle and Junior management ensure that large pool of C and D players exist in the company, which in turn makes them feel very important. Your ideas or actions will easily get trumped by a poor manager who cannot tolerate anything but his or her own way of thinking and who's threatened easily. Turnover has consistently been high and the people leaving are the A players or those can't be at HQ to suck up to their managers. The company blew through many hundreds of thousands of dollars recruiting folks who eventually got chased away by their C and D player managers.
The company has no corporate culture but plenty of political culture. If you're unable to play the game or kiss ass in other ways or are from a different Indian tribe/community than your manager, your options for contributing to the company's success are very limited.Advice to ManagementAdvice
The purpose of management is not suppress and oppress and beat up employees, but to help grow business, employees and careers. Run the place like a modern American business and it could become a rocket ship.
Get rid of the tribe/village/caste/state based culture and you'll attract excellent talent instead of chasing it.Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEO
