    I have been working at Kronos Incorporated full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    People are treated with dignity and respect. Expectations are high and rewards are as well. Executive leadership cares about the bottom line as they should, but I have not seen evidence that the bottom line takes precedence over the people. Co-workers respect and collaborate, there is a real sense of team at Kronos. I am very proud to work for this organization.

    Cons

    Sometimes the travel can be challenging, long days and just the stress of travel in today's world.

    Application Details

    I applied through college or university. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Kronos Incorporated.

    Interview Details

    Aptitude test based on java and mostly shape manipulation. As usual this is an elimination round and if you get past this your chances if getting selected are very high. Next come the interviews-2 technical and 1 HR. Very simple questions will be asked if you have scored above 70% in your university exams. (Yes, this bias was clear enough.)
