    I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Luxottica.

    Phone pre screening interview
    Phone language test (english)
    Group interview;
    1)Present yourself through an object
    2)Mathematical and Logical Test; easy to medium questions, few time.
    3)Written test; properly answer to different emails dealing with several tasks and problems; ranking from problems with collegues or clients to CV screening to Budget and strategical problems. Very demanding.
    4)group business case
    5)Creativity test: we were asked to make a pair of glasses out of paper and to decorate it. after the group chose the best one and prepared a marketing campaing about it.
