    Human Resources Interview

    Anonymous Employee  in  Milan (Italy)
    Anonymous Employee in Milan (Italy)
    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks - interviewed at Luxottica.

    Interview Details

After the CV and cover letter screening, the company invited me for an assessment centre at the headquarter (Milan). The assessment centre is, then, followed by a series of interviews with people at different level of the organisation.

    Interview Questions
    • The first impression was quite positive, as the environment looks quite friendly and professional. The assessment centre experience was less positive. One of the evaluator came in late and spent the first ten minutes eating a sandwich in front of the candidates. They showed us few presentations about the company's products and services and they only gave us a minute for an individual presentation. We then did a logical test, and a final business case in two groups.   View Answer
