I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at MSCI in October 2014.

    Interview Details

three round interview process, first two are standard HR and hiring manager on the phone. Final round is with 4-6 people. no structure to interviews, each interviewer just comes in and asks you to walk through your resume and then asks whatever questions come to them at the time. basically seems like they can grab whoever is around and available at the time, no real rhyme or reason with who I met with
