I worked at Melink full-time (more than an year)Pros
It was great working in a platinum rated, green building. Health benefits are generous. Co-workers are playfull and enjoy doing their work.Cons
There is no job security. In two years, I must have seen 50 people come and go, most of which were quite capable. And, there are only about 75 people that work there.
Compensation is below market wages.
HR is terrible, shady. Hence the high turnover.
The company doesn't provide much opportunity for advancement. It's pretty much about seniority.
They are loyal to no one.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Listen to your employees with an open mind! Stop pretending you always know exactly what to do, because you are running the company into the ground.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEO
