    Brand label on your CV

    Extremely political culture that detracts from real work, most people spend more time managing their images than managing money;
    Junior employees and non-MBA employees are treated like disposable resources and no investment in made in these "second-class" slaves;
    Poor compensation vs opportunities on sellside (all concentrated at top);
    If you want to work here it is purely to get the name on your CV - this is a horrible place to work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider changing the hyper political culture and let progression be based on merit, not pedigree MBAs

    Interview Details

    Interviewing process was very extensive, long interviews, you meet with several different members of HR team. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Fairly basic interview. I like that you got to meet with so many members of the department because it gave you a good idea of the different types of people you would be working with on a day to day basis.
