    I worked at Press Ganey full-time

    Pros

    Great culture, very collaborative, someone is always willing to help, casual work environment.

    Cons

    New CEO made a lot of changes, trickle down resulted in a disconnect between employees and leadership. Not many opportunities for advancement. They created a few new positions, but it was more of a lateral move.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Go back to the mission, remember the work-life balance that so many employees were so enthusiastic about for years past.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Press Ganey.

    Interview Details

    This was a 2 step process: phone interview, followed by a 2 hour onsite interview that consisted of 2 panels. I was a little intimidating, but they tried to make me as comfortable as possible.

    • It was very straight forward. They asked background questions and things like "explain a time when you had to get someone to do something they didn't want to do".   Answer Question
