Reasonably good Vulnerability Assessment
No clear or confused strategy as where the company is heading
Arrogant/ignorance management attitude toward competitors!
No proper & meaningful internal communication
No business processes, individual taste & experience

- Application Details
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Qualys in August 2014.Interview Details
Was contacted after applying for one of their jobs. They started out with a phone interview, then scheduled an in person interview. I went through 6 or 7 people and ended with 2 coding challenges and 1 database challenge (this was for a database related development position).
The CTO was cool, the interviewer was very professional, the coding challenges mostly related to the work. I'm glad I went through the process.Interview Questions
