Current Employee - Account Manager in Madrid (Spain)

I have been working at Repsol full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good job security and a company that is moving towards a more diverse cultural base. Also a good opportunity for young graduates with its master programmes.

    Cons

You start well, but there is a feeling of being stalled after a while. Financially, for people in Spain, it's not comparable to the industry average elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the technical career paths to the all company, people don't have to be managers to feel that their careers are evolving. Also a little more risk taking at this time in major business decisions.
