    I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at SSE.

    Interview

    Standard interview procedure. Job advertisement added to company website inviting applications. Manager called me for an informal chat then invited me to interview. I was asked to create a piece of work to demonstrate key skills required fir the job. I then had another meeting with my manager and the head of the department to ensure I fitted the culture of the new team, then I was orifice to the team before being offered the job.
