    Pros

Everyone sees the sales and how well the company is doing. People work together towards goals set by management. The health benefits are very good and the employer contribution is very generous. Everyone pulls their own weight and is very good at what they do or they don't stick around.

    Cons

Culture is probably a bit stiff and it is a very quiet office. Not a lot of drama at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company has the ability to be a leader and execute. However, the overall strategy has been meandering at best. Management needs to pick a winning strategy and the troops will follow.

    Inside Product Specialist Interview

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at SmartDraw.com in May 2014.

    Interview Details

First was a phone interview with another Product Specialist that had a lot of strengths/weaknesses type questions. Second is an in person interview with the Education Coordinator and a computer test that they never give you the results from. Also there is an interview with the Product Specialist Manager. Third, they bring you in for an in person panel interview where the higher ups will grill you over asinine/irrelevant details of your resume and then inform the Product Specialist Manager that they don't think you will be a good fit. They also require you to give them your social security number and other personal information even if they don't offer you the job. Higher ups are Prima Donnas.
