    Pros

    Great brand, family owned company and culture despite size, high fashion influences, diverse product range and applications of cut crystal

    Cons

    Gossip, dead wood that wont move on (long standing slackers or protected species)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More international structure, assistance and sharing of expertise, improve cross functional comms
