I have been working at TE Connectivity full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Interesting diversity of products. Global reach. There are many worlds best practice programs in place to make the organisation run efficiently as possible. There is a relatively high amount of research and development as can be see by the investment of this category in the annual report.

    Cons

    Still quite US centric.
    Lack of purposeful strategy.
    Management by numbers.
Can be quite low paid compared to other industry peers.

I applied through college or university. The process took a day - interviewed at TE Connectivity.

    Interview Details

I was hired during the campus recruitment. First round was an aptitude test. Technical part of the test was really difficult but the general aptitude questions were really easy.Second round was face to face interview. The questions were pretty straightforward. Some of them are from your resume and some of them are basic mechanical field related questions. The HR interview comprised of behavioral questions.
