TE is committed to leadership in corporate responsibility as well as environmental sustainability, and in protecting the health and safety of our employees and of the communities where we operate.
Our company is committed to conducting business in ways that make a positive, sustainable impact in our communities. That's why we created the TE Responsibility Advantage (TERA) program, which directs our global corporate responsibility efforts, raises awareness of local initiatives and shares best practices worldwide.
We believe the foundation of a great company is built on a strong set of values. Our four core values—Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, and Innovation—define our approach to business. These values emphasize collaboration and support, and they challenge each employee to discover what he or she is truly capable of. Using these values as guidelines for success, TE employees in every sector of the company are consistently reaching new levels of professional greatness.
At TE, our most important advantage is our people. Nearly 80,000 TE employees design, manufacture, and market our products in more than 150 countries around the world. We understand that our success as a business is directly linked to theirs. We are committed to supporting our employees—and making TE a great place to work—by emphasizing development and training, creating a safe work environment, and embracing diversity and inclusion.
Our employees are our most important investment. We offer a breadth of developmental resources, including educational support and tuition reimbursement, as well as a diverse range of health and wellness programs to accommodate the needs of each team member. By providing our employees with the tools needed to grow both personally and professionally, we’re helping them discover the best version of themselves.
As a global company, it’s important for us to be able to connect with people and communities across the world, from Swindon to Singapore. We offer programs dedicated to the development and success of our people, whether they’re engineers, factory technicians, or corporate employees.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at TE Connectivity (Raleigh, NC (US)) in March 2015.
Got contacted by company recruiter, phone interview was scheduled. Interviewer called me 10 minutes late for an interview scheduled for 30 minutes.
Then asked low level technical questions specific to a particular product even though the interview was for an Architect level position. I tried to answer his questions based on my experience. Then after talking for 15 minutes abruptly ended the call saying he has to go somewhere. Very unprofessional and bad experience.
