I have been working at TE Connectivity full-time (more than 10 years)Pros
Interesting diversity of products. Global reach. There are many worlds best practice programs in place to make the organisation run efficiently as possible. There is a relatively high amount of research and development as can be see by the investment of this category in the annual report.Cons
Still quite US centric.
Lack of purposeful strategy.
Management by numbers.
Can be quite low paid compared to other industry peers.Advice to ManagementAdvice
