I worked at Technicolor full-time (more than an year)Pros
The people were very friendly and fun to talk to. Even as a Co-Op I felt that my opinions were included and my work mattered.Cons
They are falling behind in terms of technology. Especially the testing team, who performs the majority of their tests by hand and manage all of the data generated by tests by hand.
The Indianapolis building also shows its age on the inside. The office is formed of endless corridors of old gross cubicle walls forming tiny, dark cubicles. It looks like something out of classic corporate America and is not the most inspiring environment to work in.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Embrace new technology. It has a lot to offer the company if you take the time to learn it. Create an environment that people want to work in not have to work in.Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEO

Similar to what it should be. Nothing extraordinary to report here regards to communication to candidates.
The ones who are on hold for some reason should be regularly contacted to maintain their interest in the company. Key issues that a candidate wants to be noted should be re-emphasized during the interview process i.e. a candidate must ensure that emphasis on matters like work timings, compensation, personal issues must be clearly mentioned at all levels of the interview process.Interview Questions
