Our diversity and inclusion councils play a crucial role in aligning our global diversity and inclusion strategy with regional priorities. These councils also help ensure diversity and inclusion events are relevant, culturally appropriate and focused on the business needs of a particular region.

LEARNING FOCUS

An inclusive workplace leverages the strengths of all of our employees and that is why we build these behaviors into everything we do. From new hire orientation to management and leadership training to an online portal accessible to all employees, we focus on developing global mindsets and creating an understanding of diversity and inclusion throughout our organization.

MEASUREMENT

Our diversity and inclusion strategy is reviewed annually to ensure progress on objectives. Additionally we monitor results of our diversity and inclusion index which is part of our employee engagement survey; the number of managers trained on inclusive management behaviors; and key metrics around representation, hires and promotions.

WOMEN’S ADVISORY TASK FORCE

    Pros

    Working in a news room is exciting. As an agency news producer, this job gave me a lot of hands on experience and put me in a position to cover breaking news, and make decisions about what to cover and how to cover it.

    Cons

    This company does not take good care of its employees. I worked here for 5 years, and never received a raise. Health and other benefits were minimal. I was sent into dangerous work without the proper training or equipment. A very testosterone-driven atmosphere with big egos

    Give your employees an opportunity for a career. Take care of them and they will take care of you.

    I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at Thomson Reuters.

    Interview Details

    I am called for direct F2F interview and i answered maximum questions an it will take up to 30min. They asked me for tell me about your self as a first questions. And the interviewer told me that they will inform me later. But still am not got any response from there side.
    They asked Some basic testing questions, Java basic programs and some quick puzzzels
