End-User Support

Our call center operations provide an opportunity to solve customers’ technical issues. You can start in customer support at our service desk and advance into team lead, technical lead, supervisor or account relationship manager positions.

Field Service Operations

Working at customer sites, you might diagnose problems, replace parts or repair mainframes. These roles are available at several skill levels and allow for growth into areas such as networking and data center operations.

Specialized Support

    I have been working at Unisys full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Good opportunities for advancement.
    Good pay for the more senior roles.
    Number of staff who have stayed with the company for many years (well over 20 years).. suggesting it can't be too bad a place to work

    Cons

    Salary reviews do not occur each year...hence where some staff have worked in same roles for over five years and haven't had a salary review in over two years it can result in churn

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More regular personable communication by company leaders to staff will only serve to help build a stronger more cohesive and collaborative culture.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Unisys.

    Interview Details

    For a global company the process progressed at a steady pace which surprised me. The interview wasbehavioural and ocnducted well, the second interview left me scratching my head as it was evident the interviewer had minimal experience in interviewing. The final interview got back on track and an offer was forth coming shortly there after.
