Pay is decent, benefits are good, good training, over all fun place to work!

Sometimes disorganized, can become repetitive depending on position, it's walmart!

Management would not have jobs if it weren't for the little people (cashiers)

    Interview Details

I applied to a position online, a few days later I was called for a phone interview (at 9:30pm, who does that?) simple and easy questions for really anyone. After that I was asked to come in for a group Interview.

During the group interview we had to get together with a partner and ask them questions, introduce them to the group, pretty basic stuff. You're asked to sell the Walmart Rewards Mastercard to your partner to see how open you were to talking to a stranger.

The next day I got a call saying I got the job! Although it wasnt actually an offer for the cash position, it was for a part time cash manager. I turned it down saying I'd rather do just cash for now, and would possibly move up in a few months.

I'm currently waiting for my call for orientation.
