I applied online. The process took 4 weeks – interviewed at Wm Morrison Supermarkets.Interview Details
Applied online and filled all the questions. Three days later, got invited for situational strengths test. Can't really remember the questions but it was no hard. Then I got a invitation for verbal and reason online test after 1 week from situational test. Both tests was easy but there were too many questions. Try to make yourself as soon as possible. I also got a feedback from my situational strengths test.
Few days later, got invited for video interview. It is just recording some video online and they will review it. Every question will have 1-2 minutes for preparation and need to be answered within 1 minutes to 1.5 minutes. They said there might be some technical questions during this interview, but I didn't find any.
Why Morrisons IT?
How do you feel when you need to find a solution to a difficult problem?
Do you often think about how wider factors might impact on the decisions you make?(I didn't really get this one)
If you were under pressure to complete an important project and something hadn't quite gone to plan, what would you do?
If you hit a difficult problem on a project you are working on with other people, how would you go about achieving a good solution?
What developments have you noticed in the retail sector that could have an impact on Morrisons' customers?
2 minutes to add further comments.
It is strange when looking at the camera and answering questions. Need to get used to that and prepare questions. I didn't see anyone have the same questions as mine expect for the basic one. Overall I believe it was ok.Interview Questions
