    I have been working at Zenex Partners full-time (more than an year)


    The pros of this position was management encouraged autonomy and provided flexibility to grow in the position. I was not only able to exhibit my capabilities as a HR professional but was presented with the opportunity to be a manager, leader, and innovator. The company is almost to good to be true but it is real, the people are real , and the relationships you build are real.


    The most concerning con was the uncertainty and tenure of the position. The company is a staffing agency, so 6months to year is the tenure that is expected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    A realistic career advance trajectory would be interesting to see in this environment. Keep up the Motivation and Support for your employees. The pep talks are what differentiate you from other companies.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Zenex Partners.

    Interview Details

    The hiring process consisted of several consecutive interviews , which is a great tactic and allows everyone to interact with the candidate. I had the pleasure of speaking with several recruiters , HR Managers, and the CEO. Also I participated in a Skype interview, which a hassle at first because my phone was not able to complete the process; however, once we the technology was active the interview was a great experience. To my amazement I was offered the position and was satisfied with the benefits and compensation.
