    Pros

    - Constantly evolving company which challenges you all the time
    - If you have the drive and capability, sky is the limit
    - Ecosystem supports movement within company (though there is no active encouragement)
    - Great benefits
    - Work life balance

    Cons

    - Can seem quite racist due to heavy emphasis on communication which often favors native English speakers at the cost of required and relevant capabilities
    - Absolutely NO career planning at all
    - Many middle managers lack commitment and capability leading to sub-par performance in many pockets

    Advice to Management

    - Implement reverse feedback and make it one of the criteria for promotions within company - this will also help weed out toxic managers
    - Start skip level interactions (with your indirect reports)
    - Offer choice of career paths or at least options and sync it up with available opportunities to establish a miniature exchange in which managers can recommend their directs as suitable candidates for available opportunities
    - Give incentive for moving within company after 2 years of work in the same role, offer incentives for managers so they encourage their directs to move out

    Pros

It is a great company, with great environment, great team leader. Also the entire interview process is relaxing. I learnt alot from it

    Cons

It first come with a phone interview, then the skype video interview. It will be better if it is a on-site interview, so I can know better about the company

    Advice to Management

I think the best advice is to invite the candidate to the local office, where he or she can have a better understanding towards the company.

    Pros

People are great, people are bad. Just like any large company. New leadership making changes to improve mindsets and technology.

    Cons

Work life balance is terrible for the folks who care. It is excellent for the folks who do not.

    Advice to Management

We need to get better people so that the people who care don't work themselves to death.
