    Pros

Great benefits they had a gym and great discounts. great training the trainers were very nice, knowledgeable and approachable. Pay was decent as well.

    Cons

Hours are sometimes super late at night. Always in the phone. Some of the co workers I had in training were very un professional and rude.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great management, evaluations and movement. Training and growth opportunities were always available when time permitted. Management (at least mine) was a solid team player and steered the workload very well. Everybody knew their responsibilities and requirements.

    Cons

Due to specific growth, there was often more overtime, on-call and call-out than you sometimes wanted in your life. It seems that they could have kept manning up but at the same time I understand if you're over manned then you have people sitting idle. Plus, better to pay a few more than more less.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overall, I suppose work-life balance and time-off was equaled based on the project loads.
