Cons – Does not treat employees right - specially the Experienced Hire.

Core values and promises as dicussed are not kept. Long and senseless hours at client not adding any specific value. Promotions are overlooked for Experienced Hires

Advice to Senior Management – people need to be training to have more people management, sometime I see the consultant or the manager been very rude with analyst and consultants. I think you have many ways to teach or to tell that the something is wrong.
