    Pros

Good jobs are available and a lot are temp to hire

    Cons

Most are temp to hire, but possible to move up to permanent according to the company's expectations, but since it is a temp service, must pay for benefits.

    Pros

I have the fortune of being a part of this dynamic team and culture. Having been with the company for well over 10 years I have experienced exponential growth as an individual and have participated in growing the company on many levels. If you are enterprising, have a positive attitude, strong wrok ethic and can give/take feedback this is the place for you.

    Cons

I really have very few. It is tough to see people leave who have not taken advantage of the opportunity provided for them. Our 401K is not a strength at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the great work!

    Pros

The recruiter I worked with seemed to care about finding me a position that fit me. The company paid me a decent starting wage and I did get paid for holidays.

    Cons

I did have some problems finding out what the company's policies were regarding holiday pay and if I got paid for my lunch breaks but other then that I was happy with the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you are doing.

    Pros

Great people, a young group. You learn a lot about sales.

    Cons

Very strict with making numbers, call, spread, and over all Under a lot of stress to procure numbers, calls, commission, every person learns their own way. If you are not the cut-out for Aerotek they will drop you, but you do walk away with a lot of knowledge.

    A great temp company

Former Employee - Packaging Associate in Omaha, NE (US)

    Pros

They'll work with you if anything ever comes up, Pay is pretty good for the work you do, and they almost always can help you get a job.

    Cons

It's a temp agency, point blank. It is what it is, and they can't do much about their client's place of business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Possibly try to give a more realistic view of temp-to-hire opportunities, if I'm digging for something to put in this spot. I can't complain at all about how your company operates!

    Pros

Benefits available (for purchase), most paperwork was done in a day, was able to start work in a few weeks.

    Cons

Not all employees for recruiting and job placement are full time over the summer, service can be spotty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure people are available to answer questions every day and make their hours known so "out of office" voicemails and emails aren't surprising when trying to contact them.

Incredible learning opportunity, competitive compensation structure

    Current Employee - Recruiter
    Current Employee - Recruiter

    Pros

Professional work environment, tried and true recruiting process, opportunity for professional growth is tremendous. Compensation structure is very competitive-hard work will absolutely pay off.

    Cons

Like most commission-based roles, you have to put in the time to see success. This is not a 40 hour/week position, however after you come up to speed and are more proficient in your position, it is possible to have work-life balance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allowing work from home one day/week after recruiters reach certain commission levels could decrease attrition.

    Pros

Aerotek was always good at following up to see how the company was treating you to make sure you could handle the position.

    Cons

They need to try to find out when the contract is suppose to end and find out more details.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This Temp company brought me lunch a couple of times which other temp companies I have used never has done before.
