I have been working at AlliedBarton full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

At most sites you are attached to people with good character

    Cons

Management isn't all that great, The hourly wage is horrible compared to most other security companies and the benefits may work if you are young and single between the ages of 18-25, But if you are in that age range or older with or without families its horrible.

I have been working at AlliedBarton full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The union benefit package is wonderful. If you have a military background this company may benifit you. There are certifcates offered after completion of online courses that you can add to your resume.

    Cons

One of my cons is when the client decides to add a work load that is not included in the contract with no compensation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appreciation goes along way especially for the hard working employees who goes above and beyond to maintain the reputation of its company name.

I have been working at AlliedBarton full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There is always ample opportunity for overtime if you want it. It is fairly easy to transfer if you ever want to move. The jobs seem to always be there.

    Cons

The home offices of each district do not all run the same. Some are great but some are also awful. Paperwork has been lost quite a few times leading to retaking many certification courses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pop in and check up on employees often and regularly this will keep people on their toes and give more incentive for them to stay on task. If your employees know you are never coming in on a weekend or after hours they get lax.
