Pros – Best Projects, Best Opportunities, Best compensation, people friendly, excellent work life balance, enjoying, like a family...

Cons – never learns from past mistakes, many times poor resource allocation and at times frustrating....

Advice to Senior Management – sometimes listen to the employees and not to the middle management.. :)

Pros – You will have a chance to work in the projects for the best Telecom giants in the world such as Vodafone, AT&T, etc. Great place to learn and mend your skills. Good work/personal life balance. Good employee care and recognition if you work hard.

Cons – In every company, there is good and bad. Work sometimes boring. Compensation is above average. Career growth! forget about it at this moment of global crisis.

Advice to Senior Management – Get some challenging and interesting work, especially for Infrastructure Teams, where they get their skills and knowledge improved and become more productive.

Pros – Most people are good to work with due to their professionalism and willingness to share and help.

Cons – Lack or recognition of efforts due to management too busy playing politics, handballing or looking after their own interest.
Every employee is an expendable resource or robots. Some management does not follow company vision ie People Care - so management has lack of care/concern and lack of time for employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Recognize the efforts by people doing actual work and not get impressed by showbiz staff with high visibility and noise (to advance themselves) but minimal useful output. Make effort to spend more time wtih staff to ensure their welfare and concerns are being looked after.

Cons – * Open door policy (exist but Higher Management does not follow)
* No Over time Benefits
* Communication gap among higher management and employee
* Less exposure Technical Work and new technologies.
