I have been working at Amdocs full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The working experience and culture is good. Employee friendly benefits and good work life balance depending on the phase of the project. People get chances for on-site work even after joining. Opportunities to move within projects and divisions. Good learning/training opportunities.

    Cons

There is stagnation in terms of vertical growth. Also, skills tend to become obsolete working on non-industry technologies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to do a better job of estimating project work, not become the fastest in providing solutions at the expense of employee well being.
