Cons – vp. and Upper Level management never take the time out to meet and introduce themselves to there employees.
Advice to Senior Management – When someone works for you and accepts job you should value that individual.

Pros – Good opportunity to lean new IT products, health benefits are good, working hours are good, .
Cons – Many IT groupies or silos. Hostile environment. The word "HR" is like calling the Gestapo. Moral is low. High turnover rate, IT staff leaving the company. Poor leadership.
Advice to Senior Management – I would say to HR: Perform a more close investigation of the silos or groupies. Their is a strong feeling of retaliation.
Pros – - easy learning curve
- allowed interns to contribute to ideas for client's projects
- gained relevant marketing experience & thorough understanding of broad concepts
- friendly atmosphere
- all employees offered extensive knowledge on various aspects of marketing/ networking :teachers
Cons – - sometimes working on the same project can become mundane, but the research was very much needed
