Cons – Sometimes management gets confused on what to cover (repairs) and what not too, and sometimes the lose their cool, but normally apologize.

Cons – Ability to move up or to receive help from management to grow with the company is sorely lacking.

Pros – Innovative, challenging, dynamic, fast-paced, rewarding. Brand name is compelling and motivating as you are working for one of the top companies of the world.

Cons – Ultra-secretive, political, people jumping levels to get things done. People are not collaborative and are just working in silo's. Only focused on own work deliverables and not concerned about overall team or company.

Advice to Senior Management – Teams need to be more collaborative. Some people are too individualistic ('hero's) and not team-oriented.
